hey,you!

ERIN HERE. I AM THE FOUNDER OF MYND INTEGRATED.

I have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision with experience in leadership, supervision, and community-focused research projects. I am an experienced trauma counselor with 15 years providing individual and group counseling in agencies and private practice. I am also a lover of good literature, live music, nature, communication, and my family, friends, and pets.

Friends describe me commonly as an expert space holder. My style is relational and nerdy- always inclusive of your personal values and needs while emphasizing learning new perspectives, frameworks, and skills that are based on research driven content. My role is to be a mental health partner to my clients, meeting clear objectives that increase your quality of life. You deserve that.

Therapy FAQ'S

How long is a counseling session?

Your first session will be 55-60 minutes- this gives me enough time to get to know you, your strengths, and the issues you would like to address, hear about your goals, and answer any questions.

Follow up sessions are your choice 45 minutes or 55 minutes.

Can I use my insurance?

Dr. Hagen only accepts Sanford healthcare plans. If you have sanford insurance then yes- we will get the information we need to make this run smoothly. You will be responsible for paying your co-pay the day of your session. **At this time I cannot accept Sanford Employee Plans

We also accept self-pay or Health Savings Account payments if that is an option for you. If you have another insurance that we don't accept, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement. There are distinct benefits of self-pay for counseling which we are happy to discuss with you.

What is the payment and cancellation policy?

PAYMENT

We can accept cash, card, or credit/debit card payments at the time of your appointment. We ask for a credit card on file for any late cancellation or no-show circumstance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for 24 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment.

Without notice, there is a $75.00 late cancellation fee.
